- The Xpertia project has a long history. The seven majority partners, who now control approximately 90% of the company's shares and represent its founding core, began their professional careers around thirty years ago, each with their own diverse experiences.

Our History
2009
The first milestone was reached in 2009 with the establishment of the professional association Chiostri Conti & Associati, which initially had six employees.
2019
In 2019, through its first merger, the firm became Chiostri Conti Dani & Partners. Within a few years, the structure grew to over 25 employees, immediately implementing specific policies to involve professional collaborators, including younger ones.
2023
At the end of 2023 and beginning of 2024, plans began to take shape to establish a large organisation, bringing together a group of professionals with different areas of expertise who already enjoyed deep personal and professional respect and collaborative relationships. In June 2024, a framework agreement was signed outlining the subsequent merger between Chiostri Conti Dani & Partners, Bettarini (employment counselling) and Bonacchi (M&A). Roberto Caramelli, a professional with extensive experience and technical expertise in advanced tax and corporate counselling, was subsequently involved in the project.
December 2024
On 16 December 2024, the legislative measure introducing the principle of tax neutrality for transactions between professional firms is published in the Official Gazette. On 18 December 2024, we approve the transformation of the Chiostri Conti Dani & Partners professional association into Xpertia S TP S.r.l.. The new STP is registered in the Companies Register on 17 March 2025.

At the end of March, Xpertia STP opens its Rome subsidiary.
april 2025
On 24 April 2025, the transformation of the limited liability company into a joint-stock company (with share capital of over €500,000) was approved, with some of our professionals with Associates Partners status also acquiring a minority stake in the share capital, and the final steps were taken to define the control structure.
2025
Xpertia STP is currently a company with over 60 employees, seven operating divisions and four offices (Florence, Sesto Fiorentino, Agliana and Rome).
