Description:
Our professional studio is looking for a figure to be employed as a front-desk assistant and switchboard operator, with functions of reception and management of incoming communications, as well as operational support to the general secretariat.
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a person with excellent interpersonal skills, friendly and professional presence, capable of handling first contact with customers, suppliers and external interlocutors. The figure will have to ensure a smooth management of the switchboard, appointment book and internal communication between the different areas of the firm.
Main responsibilities
- Switchboard management (incoming calls and sorting);
- Reception of guests and management of meeting rooms;
- Coordination and management of professionals’ shared agendas;
- Daily use of advanced digital tools (e.g. Microsoft Teams, Outlook, OneDrive);
- Supporting the internal secretariat, with activities such as:
- organisation and updating of computer and paper archives;
- managing incoming and outgoing correspondence;
- preparing and filing documents.
Requirements
- High school diploma;
- Even brief experience in similar roles (reception, front office, secretarial);
- Excellent command of IT tools and ability to learn new systems;
- Professionalism, accuracy, confidentiality;
- Organisational ability and aptitude for team work;
- Knowledge of English and/or other foreign languages is appreciated.
Employment:
Employment is offered with an apprenticeship contract (where the requirements are met) or full-time salaried employment, according to the CCNL Professional Studies. The position is in attendance at the Sesto Fiorentino office (Timetable 9-13 / 14.30-18:30)
