Position LB-SE-02 Employment Consultant (Sesto Fiorentino office)
Work Location: The activity will mainly take place at the Sesto Fiorentino office (Via di Rimaggio 196).

We are looking for a figure to be included in our team specialised in Employment Consultancy, based in Sesto Fiorentino.
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a professional with significant specialist experience, with direct responsibility in consultancy processes with clients of different nature and size who will directly support the equity partners in charge of the division.
Requirements:
- Registration with the Order of Employment Consultants;
- Several years of experience in labour consultancy preferably gained in professional firms or companies as HR manager;
- Familiarity in dealing with issues concerning the management of labour relations between companies and employees;
- Management of the LUL and monthly and annual fulfilments;
- Good command of the main working tools (Office package);
- Knowledge of Teamsystem Paghe software is an absolute preference.
- Excellent organisational skills, proactivity, aptitude for teamwork, accuracy, reliability;
- Knowledge of foreign languages is appreciated, preferably fluent English.
